Without prejudice to the purposes indicated in each case, this information will be stored and managed with due confidentiality, applying the IT security measures established by applicable law to prevent improper access or use of your data, or their manipulation, deterioration, or loss.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, or cancellation regarding such data at any time by sending your request to the address of the data controller. You can find forms for exercising your rights on the website of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.”

2. USERS:

Access to and/or use of this Panoimagen portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set out herein. These Terms will apply regardless of the General Contracting Terms that may be of mandatory compliance.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL:

panoimagen.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to Panoimagen or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents. In such registration the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (for example, chat services, discussion forums, or newsgroups) that Panoimagen offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them for (i) engaging in unlawful or illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or violating human rights; (iii) causing damage to the physical and logical systems of Panoimagen, its suppliers, or third parties, introducing or spreading on the network computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempting to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. Panoimagen reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order or safety or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Panoimagen will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

4. DATA PROTECTION:

Panoimagen complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulation implementing the Organic Law, and other regulations in force at any given time, and works to ensure the correct use and processing of users’ personal data. To this end, alongside each personal-data collection form, in the services that the user may request from Panoimagen, the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions of the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility for the file created, the address of the controller, the possibility of exercising rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, the purpose of the processing and, where appropriate, data communications to third parties. Likewise, Panoimagen informs that it complies with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and will request consent to process the user’s email address for commercial purposes at all times.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY:

Panoimagen, by itself or as assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Panoimagen or its licensors. All rights reserved. Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication are expressly prohibited, including the modality of making available, of all or part of the contents of this web page, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Panoimagen. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Panoimagen. The USER may view the elements of the portal and even print them, copy them, and store them on the hard drive of their computer or on any other physical medium provided that it is solely and exclusively for personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the Panoimagen pages.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY:

Panoimagen shall not be liable, in any case, for any damages of any nature that may be caused, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid it.

7. MODIFICATIONS:

Panoimagen reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, and may change, delete, or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

8. LINKS:

In the event that links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are available on www.panoimagen.com, Panoimagen will not exercise any type of control over such sites and contents. Under no circumstances will Panoimagen assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, veracity, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of such hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections does not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities.
